How do I report an enquiry?
To report an enquiry received directly through VouchedFor:
1. Go to the Enquiries section of your Account
2. Click the 'Report' button next to the Enquiry in question
This will be picked up by our refunds team who will look into the situation and get back to you to confirm within 3 working days.
We appreciate this may seem like a long response time, but in many situations, where consumer contact is required, this may take up to 3 working days.
