Can I decline an enquiry?
Consumers are looking for specific advisers to speak to as they will have seen their personal profiles!
Providing you offer the service, and the client falls within any wealth criteria you have stated, you are not able to decline any enquiries that come through to you. The enquirer contacting you has specifically chosen you!
We have taken into account that not all enquiries will turn into business. We do, however, believe that all consumers should be contacted. Many advisers have found that the enquiry they would have declined based on the message has gone on to become great clients, so we encourage advisers to keep an open mind and get in touch!
