How can I see if a charge has been refunded?
When you have refunds, this will show in your bank statement
Sometimes you may not see any movement in your bank account when you receive a refund. This is because often the payment is cancelled before it leaves your account.
If you want to make sure that a refund has been processed you can see this in the Settings and Billing section of your account.
Firstly you need to select the month you received the relevant enquiry e.g. below we have selected July 2019.
By pressing view on any enquiry you will be able to see the current status of the enquiry.
If a payment is refunded to your bank account it will show as 'Payment paid_out' but show 'Payment refunded' on the right hand side under the total.
If a payment is cancelled before it leaves your bank account it will show as 'Payment cancelled'
