How can I make sure I receive email notifications?
Make sure you are updated by our emails. This can be from new enquiries to changes on our website!
Sometimes advisers don't receive our notifications, to make sure you're not one of these please make sure you take the below steps:
1. Make sure your email address is correct
Log into your account and under 'Settings and Billing' and make sure that there are no typing errors in your email address. Add a CC email to be doubly sure you get all the information.
2. Search all inboxes
If you receive a lot of emails daily, emails can be easily missed. Make sure you’ve used your email search feature to look for the email. Search for terms like “VouchedFor” or "Client" to see if you find our email notifications.
3. Check spam folders and existing email filters
It's possible your email provider mistakenly sent our messages to your spam or junk folder. You can help avoid this by removing VouchedFor messages from your spam list and adding email@example.com to your email contacts.
4. Check your work's firewall
It may be possible that your work is filtering out our emails, double-check with your IT department that our emails are marked as safe.
5. Check for issues with your email service provider.
Emails can take up to a few hours to show up on your email service, depending on the provider. If undelivered or delayed emails are constant problems, check with your provider to see if there are any problems with their service and whether it can be fixed as a priority.
